|Please use the self-service option to install the applications that you would like to use. If you need assistance or if you don’t see the application that you would like to install, please contact support. Self-service packages for the most common Creative Cloud applications have been built and tested first.||Please contact support for assistance in getting the applications installed. WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TECH SUPPORT?
If you have a UC Berkeley-owned computer, but don't have self-service or tech support available, you have the option of installing the applications on your own. Please note that this method requires you to both have administrative rights on your computer as well as to set up an Adobe ID. Please visit our CalShare site for Adobe to request access to the installer for Creative Cloud.
Once you have Creative Cloud installed, you can then choose which specific applications you would like to install. Note that installations will appear in the Creative Cloud application as trials, but will immediately activate once the installation completes.
ARE YOU A SUPPORT TECH?
