WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TECH SUPPORT?
If you have a UC Berkeley-owned computer, but don't have self-service or tech support available, you have the option of installing the applications on your own. Please note that this method requires you to both have administrative rights on your computer as well as to set up an Adobe Enterprise ID. Please reference the UCB Adobe End User Guide. Once you have the Creative Cloud App installed, you can then choose which specific applications you would like to install.
This approach is intended for use with a small number of devices. For larger numbers of computers, see the next question.
