Instructions

As of August 2024, students, faculty, and staff who intend to use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC will need to request a license. The allocated Adobe Acrobat Pro DC  license will remain valid until Summer 2025.

To use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, you must:

  1. Activate Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (use @berkeley.edu address)
  2. If you don't already have it installed, install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC  
  3. Sign in with @berkeley.edu address (choose “Company or School Account”)

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Storage is not suitable for data classified as sensitive, including certain personally identifiable human subject data. Any data stored here should be intended for public access (Protection Level P1). See: Data Classification Standard(link is external).

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC allows users to create, edit, convert and manage files in Portable Document Format (PDF).
