Getting Started

As of August 2024, students, faculty, and staff who intend to use Adobe Acrobat Pro will need to request a license. 

The allocated license will remain valid for one year, and you must renew your license annually to remain active. 

  1. Activate Adobe Acrobat Pro (use your @berkeley.edu address)
  2. Install Adobe Acrobat Pro (Faculty and Staff Instructions | Student Instructions)
  3. Sign in with your @berkeley.edu address (Choose “Company or School Account”)

Data Security

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Storage is not suitable for data classified as sensitive, including certain personally identifiable human subject data. Any data stored here should be intended for public access (Protection Level P1). See: Data Classification Standard(link is external).

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC allows users to create, edit, convert and manage files in Portable Document Format (PDF).
