JMP has realeased JMP Student Edition, which is free for academic use. It is free for qualified students, instructiors, and academic researchers currently enrolled or employed at UC Berkeley.
JMP is used in the statistics/mathematics fields and in any research, administration or field of study in which interpretation of statistics is necessary. The JMP Academic Suite includes both JMP (Windows and Mac), as well as SAS Simulation Studio for JMP (Windows only). JMP has made their software free for academic use.
