The Citrix Workspace app is offered free directly from Citrix.
Citrix Workspace app is the easy-to-install client software that provides seamless, secure access to UC Berkeley apps you need to get work done. With this free download, you easily and securely get instant access to select UC Berkeley applications (e.g. CalPlanning) from any device, including smartphones, tablets, PCs and Macs. The Citrix Workspace app is required to access vApps.
This free software is available as self-service, and is not supported by UC Berkeley IT staff. Check the Citrix Community for self help.
