UPDATE: Kivuto OntheHub Webstore access restored

Update: Kivuto Services Development Team located the bug that was causing access to the Adobe Software tab to fail. A hotfix was applied and Kivuto now reports that the access is resored and the website is stable. If you notice any strange behavior when accessing the site, please send an e-mail to software@berkeley.edu with details of the observed behavior.

Kivuto Services, 3rd party providers of software to UCB affiliates for use on personally-owned computers, is currently experiencing technical issues with their web server. The outage is affecting access to the OntheHub webstore (https://ucbwah.onthehub.com) preventing downloads of MS and Adobe Creative Cloud software. IS&T is working with Kivuto's Tech Support team to resolve the issue. There is no ETA on resolution available at this time. Please monitor this site for updates.
