"Access Denied" when signing in to Adobe Enterprise

Reports are being received stating that people are receiving "Access Denied" messages when trying to log in with the new Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise (CCE) ID. The cause has been identified and is being addressed. There is a work-around. 

If you receive the Access Denied message when logging in to Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise (CCE) please submit an e-mail to software@berkeley.edu and a CCE ID will be created.

The access denied message is received because a CCE ID was not created in the Adobe Management console. An ID is not created when there is an e-mail address that does not conform to the @berkeley.edu format including addresses with sub-domains (e.g. @dept.berkeley.edu) in the End User's Calnet account.
